How It All Started

Our journey began with annual family cruises. The moment we discovered Cozumel, we knew it was more than a cruise port — it felt like home.

In 2005, we opened our original oceanfront property, Villa Las Uvas, welcoming guests from around the world to experience our little slice of paradise.

In 2014, after turning away too many guests due to limited availability, we expanded and opened Villa Las Uvas II.

And in February 2026, we proudly introduced Villa Las Uvas III, our newest addition featuring five spacious, modern condos designed with the same warmth, comfort, and oceanfront beauty our guests have come to love.

Each expansion happened for one reason:
We never wanted to tell another family, diver, or honeymooner that we didn’t have space for them.
