Brand new (opened February, 2026) luxury condo building, located in the perfect spot in paradise just a few short steps from the beach.
Villa Las Uvas III consists of 5 large, and spacious, condos. Three of those condos have 1 bedroom each and can accommodate up to 4 total guests, and the other two condos host 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 total guests.
Just like our Main Villa and Villa Las Uvas II, this condo building has been conveniently outfitted with 5-star amenities like hair dryers, iron/board, fully equipped kitchens, smart TVs, AC, ceiling fans, and much more. The condos were meticulously designed with custom-made woodwork (doors, cabinets, tables) by local woodworkers using red cedar that was imported from South America. All of the countertops and vanity tops have been custom made from imported granite to give the condos that extra luxurious touch that you can enjoy like a true celebrity.
We highly recommend enjoying the peaceful sunrise and breath-taking sunset from the private balconies that are found in each condo. Each condo is outfitted with comfortable Adirondack chairs that were custom-made with imported red cedar from South America.
